COVID OMICRON DELAYS

The Covid situation worldwide has had a major impact on delivery times. Be informed that our stated estimated delivery times are just  “estimated” and provided to us by suppliers, we can’t guarantee any delivery time in the current situation.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS / CHRISTMAS & NEW YEAR SHUTDOWN - SHIPPING UPDATE

Our shipping will be delayed during the Public Holiday periods. We will not be sending any product after December the 20th, please note that deliveries could be heavily delayed during this time. We will resume normal service by end of January.

 

FREIGHT

Our Products are shipped from a combination of third party warehouses and our business partners throughout New Zealand and Australia.

Our freight prices are calculated at checkout.  If something doesn't seem right, please screenshot it and contact us - errors do occur at times.

Below are the current courier targets for our parcels, once collected from us:

New Zealand Nationwide - typically between 5-10 working days if stock available in NZ. Delivery can be up to 18 weeks if stock is from an Australian based supplier warehouse.

If you are unsure whether the stock is in NZ or Australia make sure you contact us and ask before placing an order. 

IMPORTANT: RURAL DELIVERY (NORTH / SOUTH ISLAND): please add at least an extra 5 Working Days to the target to allow for Rural Handover and processing

REST OF THE WORLD: Freight times can vary (allowing for Customs and Import Processing)  If you are outside of New Zealand do not purchase from this website unless you have discussed with us first.

Please note that the above delivery times are targets, given by our freight companies.  Once the parcel is collected by a courier driver, the processing and delivery times are out of our hands.

If you purchase a product and for some reason it is not available in NZ, we will contact you with an estimated time of delivery.
